Let's Talk Policy
To help our business flow and flourish, it's important to have solid policies and procedures in place. Of course, we are human, and some circumstances may fall through the cracks, but we have tried to cover as many bases as possible. Please read thoroughly. If you have any questions, please reach out prior to booking an appointment. When you choose to book an appointment with A Miracle Happened Wellness, you are acknowledging that you have read and agree to our policies listed below.

General Cancellation Policy/Reschedule/No-Show Policy...and more.

Cancellations;
A Miracle Happened Wellness has a strict 24-hour cancellation policy. All bookings must be canceled online or by calling 414-768-2268 at least 24 hours in advance, otherwise, your payment/deposit will be forfeited. Cancellations completed at least 24 hours in advance will be offered the option to reschedule the appointment. You can also gift your session to someone else if you desire. If you do not cancel 24 hours in advance, your deposit or payment will be forfeited. We do not provide refunds.
Rescheduling;
Regular classes or bodywork sessions can be rescheduled within the same month if updated 24 hours in advance. For Prenatal/Postpartum bookings, sessions can be rescheduled up to 6 months postpartum if updated 24 hours in advance. For Memberships, sessions can be rescheduled within the following month of the original appointment if updated 24 hours in advance.
No-Shows;
We have a strict No-Show Policy. If you are a No-Show or if you Cancel/Reschedule too late (less than 24 hours in advance) your full deposit/payment will be forfeited regardless of reasoning, no exceptions.

Refunds;
We do not extend refunds on any services, service deposits, pre-paid memberships or packages, online purchases, or gift cards/certificates.
Booking/Scheduling;
All bookings must be self initiated and completed online. Available appointments are removed from the calendar 12 hours before the start time. Schedule early! If you are having issues scheduling online on your phone or table, we recommend trying to schedule on a desktop computer instead.
Preparing to Arrive to your appointment;
For Massage, Reiki, or other "hands on" services, please arrive 10 minutes early to complete check in. Your "hands on" service time may be decreased if you arrive at your exact appointment time.
All massage sessions include 10 minutes for consultation and transferring on and off the table pre- and post-service.

Pricing, Gratuity, Add On Services;
Prices shown or displayed are subject to change without notice. Pricing does not include tax, gratuity, or add-on enhancements and varies by location and date. All services may not be offered at all locations.
Minors;
Minors must be accompanied at all times by a parent or guardian for any service or treatment. The parent or guardian must sign a consent waiver before the minor receives services.

Waivers/Consent/Arbitration Agreements;
All appointments require consent and waiver acknowledgment. Our online waiver or in person paper waiver document can be utilized. Our full Waiver/Release/Arbitration document must be updated annually.

Auto-Opt In Text/Email Marketing Updates;
By booking a service or membership, you are agreeing to be automatically subscribed to receive email and text/SMS marketing updates from A Miracle Happened Wellness and our trusted affiliates/partners. An opt-out option is available upon request.
Membership Policy;
Membership includes one RELAX massage experience per month (length of massage varies depending on your booking preference.)

All memberships are charged automatically each month until canceled by the member.

Credit Cards are required to book memberships.

Once you choose to become a member, your credit card will be charged immediately during the initial plan enrollment. You will be issued a plan “massage credit” to use immediately as payment for your massage. During enrollment, you will also have the option to choose when your future automatic membership plan payments will be charged. We call that your plan "start date." Choosing your plan “start date” indicates when you would like your future payments to process and additional plan “credits” to become available.

All plan appointments must be self initiated by you and booked online.

Rollover Option: If you can not schedule a massage within the month, you can redeem your massage credit at a later date (within the following month of the missed session) at no extra charge (provided you remain an active member; other terms apply.)

If you can not schedule a massage within the month, you can gift the massage credit to someone. Simply email us to update.

Roll-over requests must be received at least 24 hours before the original appointment.

If the roll-over request is not received at least 24 hours in advance of the original appointment, the credit will be deducted from your monthly credits and forfeited. No exceptions.

If the roll-over session is not redeemed within the month following the original appointment, the session expires and is forfeited. No Exceptions.

If there is a No-Show, Late Cancellation, Late Reschedule, or Late Roll Over Request (see 24 hour policy statements), the session will be deducted from your monthly credits and forfeited. No Exceptions.

Membership Cancellation: You can cancel your membership at any time. All membership cancellations must be self initiated by you. Any unused massage credits expire and are forfeited if not used within 60 days of membership cancellation.
Please note, by booking a service or membership, you are agreeing to all of the aforementioned terms.
